Mummy shelf life and storage conditions

Temperature:The mummy can be stored at room temperature. However, on hot days it can melt; so you can store it in the fridge. Note that a chilled mummy may harden and soften when warm.

Expiration: As a mineral food supplement, it has a shelf life of about three years from the date of manufacture. The mummy does not expire at that point, in fact, considering that it has been in the mountains for a hundred years. The expiration date is limited by the shelf life of the package. If you have mummies in a glass jar, you can expect it to last for years.

Form: Mummy is a natural product, so it can be affected even after extraction. Depending on the humidity, it can become more solid or liquid. Mummy resin can dry out in a dry environment, so you may need to add a few drops of clean water to compensate for moisture evaporation.

Other precautions:Liquid or soft resin is heavier than water and very dense, so keep the container upright. Do not invert the container to avoid leakage. If the lid is stuck to the container, run the jar under hot water and try to open it again. The "Nordlab" container is made of special glass, protected from the influence of direct sunlight, so you can store it directly in the sunlight.
