How long does delivery take?

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We generally aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, but delivery times can vary between 1-3 working days.

How much does delivery of goods cost?

Delivery to post office for 2.50EUR

5.00 EUR delivery to the door with a courier

If the order amount exceeds 35 euros, delivery to the nearest post office is free.

I specified the wrong phone number or e-mail in the order. mail address, can I change it?

If you specify an incorrect phone number, the courier will not be able to contact you about the delivery, and if you have chosen collection at the terminal, you will not receive an SMS message with the door code. 

If you specified an incorrect e-mail email address, you will not receive an order confirmation letter.

After noticing a mistake made when entering the phone no. or e-mail email address, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

We provide discount codes, but you can only use one discount code at a time, and they may not apply to discounted items.

Return policy

What is your money-back policy?

Defective goods are returned or exchanged in accordance with the new procedure provided for by the consumer rights of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or the wrong amount of them, incomplete product assembly or low-quality goods.

The buyer must email provide the Seller with photos of the damaged package and/or item(s) by post.

If the goods are returned to the Seller due to the fault of the Buyer with an incorrectly specified or inaccurate address, or if the goods are returned to the seller without taking them from the post office within the maximum storage period, the Buyer must pay the costs of re-sending to the Seller, and if the goods were returned from the post office or courier - cover the Seller and the goods return costs. If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment again (i.e. after demanding a refund for the goods), the money for shipping is not returned to the buyer.

Refunds are valid for 14 days. After 14 days from the purchase of the goods, we will not be able to return the money paid for the goods.

Returned items must be unopened, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.

In order to get back the money paid for the goods, it is necessary to present the purchase receipt or other statement proving the purchase.

In certain cases, only a partial refund is possible. If the product is not returned in its original packaging or is damaged through no fault of ours, or if the product is returned later than within 14 days of purchase.
